Northern
Laughing Treefrog
Litoria rothi

The unusual call of the Litoria rothi
has led to it being referred to as the Laughing Treefrog. They are found in a
wide variety of habitats often a long way from water. However those in the
inland areas are associated with larger waterways like the Mitchell River
system. Found from North Western West Australia across the top end of Australia
to Central Queensland.
Size: 55 mm
