Azure
Kingfisher
Ceyx azureus

The Azure
Kingfisher is one of Australia's most attractive kingfishers. Usually
only found close to water where it perches on overhanging branches
or roots bobbing it's head and raising it's tail. From here it will
dive into the water or fly arrow like very low over the water to it's
next perch. Nest is a chamber at the end of a tunnel up to 1 meter
long dug into the bank of a river or creek.
